The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for various conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the SAF2™ reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the tool-free blade replacement system simplifies maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
