The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner system is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, this system minimizes the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
