The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner System is designed to effectively remove carryback while preserving the integrity of belts, splices, and cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaning system is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade lifespan is extended. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the tool-free blade replacement system enhances ease of maintenance. Additionally, the SAF2™ is available with a variety of tensioner options, including hot rolled and 316 SS, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
