The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner features a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, removing carryback without damaging the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Designed for belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width and a max speed of 800 FPM, this cleaner offers 3" wide Tungsten Carbide blades that require low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. Its clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. With options for a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, this cleaner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
