The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 800 FPM. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it effectively removes carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. The 3" wide Tungsten Carbide blades ensure minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and blade replacement is quick and tool-free. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure and consistent cleaning efficiency.
