The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner with Urethane Blades is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Additionally, the optional Dust-Tight Steel Cover Door provides enhanced protection and durability.
