The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner offers efficient carryback removal without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is ideal for all conveyor types, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options while the no-tool blade replacement system simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner and offering a choice of hot rolled or stainless steel tensioner options, this cleaner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
