The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner with Urethane Blades is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installations, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement feature enhances maintenance efficiency. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it ensures consistent cleaning efficiency by maintaining the required blade-to-belt pressure.
