The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it is suitable for use on any conveyor system, even those with challenging belt conditions. With 30 durable 3" wide urethane blades that require low tensioning pressure, this cleaner minimizes the risk of belt damage and increases blade longevity. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, which can be easily adjusted for optimal blade-to-belt pressure, this cleaner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
