The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a powerful solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide urethane blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The versatile clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a stainless steel tensioner with lock pin adjustment, the SAF2™ maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
