The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner with Urethane Blades is a highly efficient solution for removing carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning even for 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows easy installation and the no-tool blade replacement feature enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ cleaner maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
