The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, leading to increased blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Choose from blade options including Tungsten Carbide or Urethane, and mainframe options in paint or stainless steel for added durability.
