The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are ideal for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, and blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
