The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edge. Equipped with a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 26 tungsten carbide blades spanning 78 inches, these cleaners operate at a maximum belt speed of 800 fpm. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The stainless steel mainframe and included tensioner ensure durability and optimal cleaning efficiency.
