The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, resulting in increased blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Choose from a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin to maintain optimal cleaning efficiency.
