The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner with Urethane Blades offers exceptional carryback removal without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Designed with a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' system, this cleaner ensures efficient cleaning even on 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide urethane blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and easy, no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. This cleaner includes a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency and can be equipped with a Dust-Tight Steel Cover Door for added protection.
