The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance belt cleaning system designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner effectively removes carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. Its 3" wide blades require low tensioning pressure, increasing blade life and minimizing the risk of belt damage. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and blade replacement is hassle-free with the simple, no-tool design. The SAF2™ is available with multiple blade options including Tungsten Carbide and Urethane, offering versatility for various conveyor systems.
