The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Choose between hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner options to maintain cleaning efficiency, regardless of blade wear.
