The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is a cutting-edge solution for efficient carryback removal on conveyor belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width and speeds up to 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner effectively eliminates carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The flexible clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and blade replacement without the need for tools. Choose from tungsten carbide or urethane blade options along with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
