The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback from belts without causing damage. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3' wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and blade replacement is hassle-free with a no-tool design. The SAF2™ cleaner comes with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
