The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is ideal for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
