The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, and blade longevity is increased. Its compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ is available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner that maintains the required blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
