The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The system features 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
