The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to conveyor belts or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, both designed for simple adjustment to maintain cleaning efficiency despite blade wear.
