The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaning system is ideal for use on any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belt scenarios. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature promotes easy maintenance. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the SAF2™ Cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life, maintaining cleaning efficiency at all times. The tensioner options, including hot rolled or 316 SS, ensure proper blade-to-belt pressure to uphold cleaning performance.
