The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the easy blade replacement feature ensures minimal downtime. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, it maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
