The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner system is suitable for any type of conveyor, even 'worst-case' belts. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With options for Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades, and the choice of a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
