The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage to belt surfaces or splices. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for any conveyor system, even those with challenging belt conditions. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement system ensures hassle-free maintenance. The SAF2™ is available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, providing the necessary blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
