The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is designed for efficient carryback removal without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is ideal for all conveyor types, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3-inch urethane blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the system maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
