The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is specifically designed to effectively remove carryback on conveyor belts while ensuring no damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design provides exceptional cleaning performance even on 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3' wide blades with low tensioning pressure, this system minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Equipped with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
