The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner system is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", with a maximum belt speed of 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner effectively removes carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. With options for Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades, the SAF2™ is versatile and suitable for 'worst-case' belt scenarios.
