Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for various conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, it minimizes belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
