The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a top-of-the-line cleaning system designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of mainframe options and blade types, including Tungsten Carbide and Urethane.
