The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 800 FPM. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design efficiently removes carryback without damaging belts, splices, or cleaning edges. The system features 3" wide blades with options for Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades, ensuring low tensioning pressure, extended blade life, and reduced risk of belt damage. With a compact clamp-mount design and easy blade replacement, the SAF2™ offers flexible installation and maintenance options for optimal conveyor cleaning performance.
