The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage to belt surfaces or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear, offering a reliable solution for conveyor cleanliness and maintenance.
