The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is an advanced solution for removing carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while the blade's lifespan is increased. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency throughout the blade's lifespan.
