The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is a cutting-edge solution designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is ideal for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the simple no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the system maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear for seamless operation.
