The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner system is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design enables flexible installation options, and the tool-free blade replacement further enhances its ease of use. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency throughout the blade's lifespan.
