The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is ideal for all conveyor types, even those with challenging belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade longevity is increased. The compact clamp-mount design allows for versatile installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this system maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
