The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is a high-performance solution designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3'' wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner options, the SAF2⢠ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
