With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, both equipped with a simple-to-adjust lock pin for consistent blade-to-belt pressure, ensuring optimal cleaning efficiency throughout blade wear.
