The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation and the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. The SAF2™ comes with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for adjustable lock pin tensioning, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency.
