Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system ensures thorough cleaning without damaging belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, leading to increased blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for versatile installation, and blade replacement is quick and hassle-free. The SAF2™ comes with a choice of a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, maintaining optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
