The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner System is engineered to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it minimizes belt damage risk and extends blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner options, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency throughout the blade lifespan.
