With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, promoting extended blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. Equipped with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this cleaner maintains consistent pressure for efficient cleaning regardless of blade wear, enhancing overall conveyor efficiency.
