The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide urethane blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Whether equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
