The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner with Urethane Blades is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaning system is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 26 3" wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the SAF2™ cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. Its compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures ease of maintenance. Ideal for high-speed operations with a maximum belt speed of 800 fpm, this cleaner is equipped with a 316 stainless steel tensioner for optimal performance. Additionally, the inclusion of a dust-tight steel cover door provides added protection and durability.
