The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner with Urethane Blades is designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even 'worst-case' belts. With 26 3" wide urethane blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ Cleaner is available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
