The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner with Urethane Blades is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 30 3" wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the easy blade replacement system requires no tools. The SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, ensuring optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
