The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance belt cleaning solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
